This probably isn’t your typical coach bio…

Between the two of us, we’ve spent over a decade coaching in probably every setting you can imagine: Commercial gyms and sports environments all the way to clinical rehab with cystic fibrosis patients.

We’ve worked with beginners, athletes, professionals burning the candle at both ends and people who’ve tried everything, but never quite cracked it.

What have we learned?

The fitness industry makes it way harder than it needs to be.

Too many fads. Too much noise. Way too many coaches selling “hacks” instead of doing the work that actually changes lives.
